We employ trained Inventory Clerks, this makes us totally unique. Our Inventory Clerks can give free advice on check out's to Tenants and Landlords. By employing Inventory Clerks our end of tenancy cleaners know exactly what standard of cleaning is required when it comes to the return of a tenants deposit.
Our end of tenancy clean is a thorough deep clean of the properties interior which includes;
- a team of professional cleaners
- all living areas
- kitchen, ovens, bathrooms, toilets
- bedrooms
- dining room
- removal of all grease, lime scale, grime and dust
- clean cupboards inside and out
- clean all appliances including washing machine seal and dispenser draw
- clean and hoover floors
- clean interior windows, frames and sills
- clean and disinfect
- clean skirting boards, all wood work and radiators
* fridge freezers must be defrosted in advance

All our carpet cleaning machines and products are top of the range, we invest heavily in our equipment which then allows our trained technicians to professionally clean all types of carpets to a very high standard. To clean carpets we use Hot Water Extraction (steam cleaning) 600psi machines, LM Bonnet Rotary and Dry Carpet Cleaning. The same techniques are used to clean upholstery including mattresses. On every carpet clean our preference is to use Eco Green products for cleaning and stain removal. All our technicians are trained by Prochem, this means we go that extra mile to remove as many stains as possible.
On request we can strip, polish and buff to a high shine wooden, tiled or hard floors using our Rotary and Oscillating Pad machines.
We always send a minimum of 2 cleaners for end of tenancy and builder cleans.
