ECO Domestic Cleaning Services
Harley James will clean your home at times that suit our customers on a daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. All our cleaners are happy to iron or clean, depending on each customer specific requirements.
A regular domestic clean can be any of the areas of your home that you have contact with on a daily basis. You can expect a thorough professional clean of rooms such as bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms, living areas etc. These will include tasks from washing dishes, hoovering, mopping floors and any other cleaning duty.
We require a minimum of 3 hours per visit to carry out regular cleaning. We ask you to provide a list of tasks required to our cleaner which will prevent any confusion once the cleaning has finished.
Our domestic cleaning service is carried out by dedicated, professional, reliable and skilled domestic cleaners. Our vetting and recruitment process is taken very seriously. All cleaners must meet our strict standards and have excellent references. All cleaners have a face to face interview at our offices and have to complete our application form. At the interview stage we require to see proof of identity (passport), 2 proofs of address (utility bill, bank statement), previous address history, national insurance document and a minimum of 2 business referees.
Once you have made the initial enquiry and we have listened to your requirements, we will then arrange for you to meet one of our cleaners in person. Once you have selected a cleaner we shall then ask for you to complete our contract. From then on the same cleaner will be assigned to clean your home where possible.
