Absolutely, the choice is yours. The same cleaner will clean for you each week.

How long does it normally take to source me a cleaner ?

Typically all we need is 48 hours notice, on occasions we can send a cleaner on the same day.

Do you replace the cleaner if she doesn't turn up ?

Yes we do. Please call us straight away.

What happens to my account when I go on holiday ?

Because there's no contract to sign you can come and go when you please. Let us know when you're back and we will send our cleaner again.

What happens should the cleaner let us down?

Our business name has been built on supplying reliable, highly skilled cleaners. You can request a replacement cleaner at any time.

What happens if I am not happy with the cleaner?

Please call us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement cleaner.

Are there any items your cleaner will not clean?

Yes, any cleaning of valuable items and any exterior windows above ground floor.
