Our End Of Tenancy Cleaning includes

Kitchen:

wet wipe and chemical spray all kitchen cupboards and drawers
clean sink and taps, remove lime scale as much as possible, polish with chrome chemical
wet wipe and chemical spray microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer. Fridge/freezer needs to be defrosted
wet wipe, chemical spray and chrome chemical polish of oven/hob (*additional cost for deep clean of oven/ hob)
wet wipe and chemical spray all kitchen surfaces
clean, hoover and mop floor using floor cleaner
clean inside windows with glass cleaner
wet wipe woodwork
(* additional cost for cleaning pots, pans, cutlery and utensils)

Bathroom and Toilets:

clean inside windows, mirrors with glass cleaner
clean and disinfect bathroom floors
clean and disinfect sanitary ware
clean bath, sink, showers and tiles, remove as much limescale/ mould as possible

Bedroom, Living and Dining Room:

wet wipe and clean all door frames and woodwork
wet wipe and clean all skirting boards and radiators
vacuum all carpets and mop wooden floors
wet wipe, clean and dust furniture belonging to property

Wimbledon History Facts

All England Grass Tennis and Croquet Club is a personal club set up in 1868, originally as 'The All England Croquet Club '.

Originally situated off Worple Road, Wimbledon. In 1875, grass tennis, a game invented by Major Walter Clopton Wingfield a year or thereabouts earlier and originally called 'Sphairistike ', was added to the affairs of the club. In the spring of 1877, the club was re-titled 'The All England Croquet and Grass Tennis Club ' and signalled its change of name by making the 1st Grass Tennis Championship. A new code of laws ( replacing the code till then administered by the Marylebone Cricket Club ) was drawn up for the event. Today's rules are similar apart from details eg the peak of the net and posts and the distance of the service line from the net. The sole event held in 1877 was the Gentlemen's Singles, which was won by Spencer Gore, an old Harrovian rackets player, from a field of twenty-two.

A few hundred spectators paid one shilling each to observe the grand final. The grasslands at the ground were organized so the principal court was found in the middle with the others organized around it ; thus the title 'Centre Court ', which was kept when the Club moved in 1922 to the present site in Church Road, though not a real outline of its location. Nonetheless in 1980 4 new courts were brought into commission on the northerly side of the ground, which implied the Centre Court was once again properly outlined. The opening of the new No. One Court in 1997 stressed the outline. By 1882, activity at the club was nearly completely restricted to lawn tennis and that year the word 'croquet ' was dropped from the title. Nevertheless for soft reasons, it was revived in 1889 and since that point the title has stayed The All England Grass Tennis and Croquet Club. In 1884, the All Britain Club added Women ' Singles and Gentlemen's Doubles. Ladies ' Doubles and Mixed Doubles were added in 1913. Till 1922, the reigning champ had to play only in the final, against whoever had won through to test him / her. As with the other 3 Grand Slam events, Wimbledon was contested by top-ranked newbie players till the appearance of the open age in tennis in 1968.
