Within our group of companies we employ dedicated Inventory Clerks, by doing so all our end of tenancy cleaning operatives understand the high level and intricate cleaning which is required.

Each and every mobile cleaning team are fully equipped with the products and machines needed to meet the end of tenancy cleaning standard. During every clean our preference is to use Eco Cleaning products or products that are considered kind to our precious environment. Our skilled floor technicians are all CRB registered and can carry out Steam Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Shampooing, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Hard Floor Polishing and Wooden Floor Restoration.

Rather than charging an hourly rate which can spiral out of control, we operate by quoting a fixed fee price. This is a much better policy since you the customer know exactly what you are paying with no hidden surprises.

All our cleaning staff are fully insured and are trained in cleaning to a very high standard. Each member follows and pays attention to our detailed cleaning check list, then a site project leader will double check each check list.

Our End Of Tenancy Cleaning includes

Kitchen:

wet wipe and chemical spray all kitchen cupboards and drawers
clean sink and taps, remove lime scale as much as possible, polish with chrome chemical
wet wipe and chemical spray microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer. Fridge/freezer needs to be defrosted
wet wipe, chemical spray and chrome chemical polish of oven/hob (*additional cost for deep clean of oven/ hob)
wet wipe and chemical spray all kitchen surfaces
clean, hoover and mop floor using floor cleaner
clean inside windows with glass cleaner
wet wipe woodwork
(* additional cost for cleaning pots, pans, cutlery and utensils)

Bathroom and Toilets:

clean inside windows, mirrors with glass cleaner
clean and disinfect bathroom floors
clean and disinfect sanitary ware
clean bath, sink, showers and tiles, remove as much limescale/ mould as possible

Bedroom, Living and Dining Room:

wet wipe and clean all door frames and woodwork
wet wipe and clean all skirting boards and radiators
vacuum all carpets and mop wooden floors
wet wipe, clean and dust furniture belonging to property
(* additional costs may be added depending on furniture)
all carpets will be hoovered (*additional cost for professional cleaning of carpets)

For all end of tenancy bookings and one off cleans we do not clear rubbish or excessive quantities of litter

Kingston History Facts

For a lot of the 20th century, Kingston was a major army aircraft center of production concentrating on fighter aircraft - first with Sopwith Aviation, H G Hawker Engineering, later Hawker Aircraft, Hawker Siddeley and finally Brit Aerospace. The mythical Sopwith Camel, Hawker Ire , Hurricane, Hunter and Harrier were all designed and built in the city. Visit Brooklands Museum in Weybridge and you can have good look at these.

Widely known aviation characters Sydney Camm, Harry Hawker and Tommy Sopwith were responsible for the majority of Kingston's feats in aviation. Brit Aerospace sadly closed its Lower Ham Road factory in 1992, then part of the site was afterwards redeveloped for housing, the brook side part of the site remains as a community centre and sports complicated. Kingston Polytechnic expansion and its metamorphosis into Kingston College has made Kingston a school city.
