All our customers are equally important Every customer is very important to us, we want to make sure you are happy every time we clean your home. If we don't clean something to your standard, contact us immediately. We have an excellent customer service policy, any complaint will be dealt with swiftly and professionally. If a cleaner is off for any reason, be it holiday, sickness, or other, they are replaced immediately. If a cleaner doesn't turn up we will endeavour to find a replacement with you within two hours. At Harley James we know that your time is precious and you don't need the worry of keeping track of the cleaning. £9 per hour weekdays or weekends - Regular Cleaning We charge £9 pounds per hour, the rate remains the same for weekdays or weekends for all regular cleans. There is a mimimum 3 hours per visit. We have no contract period, all we ask is for you to sign our agreement. Commercial Cleaning - £9 per hour inclusive of VAT Our commercial cleaning division offers both regular and one off cleans for a wide variety of business clients. We can provide cleaning services for most business's, which include hotels, estate agents, builders, schools, hospitals, offices, clubs, pubs, restaurants and more...
